Needless to say, when a waterfront homeowner receives a ‘Compliant Notice’ from any of the stakeholders their directives are very clear.

• Provide evidence as to the history of the structure
• Prepare submissions and lodgements of works as executed certification (Building Certificates/Complying Development Certification (see Building Certificate)
